Por FactBox Admin

The Department of Economy, Competitiveness, and Employment of the Government of Aragon has resolved the call for grants from the ERDF Aragon 2021-2027 program for productive investments in clean and efficient technologies: 36 Aragonese companies have been selected as beneficiaries for a total of nearly 4.6 million euros. The decision is formalized in Order ECE/1588/2026, of October 26, published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 211, of October 30, 2026, section III, with the official reference BOA20261030024.
From February to October: itinerary of a call
The call stems from Order PEJ/163/2026, of February 4, published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 25, of February 6, 2026, whose regulatory bases were approved by Order PEJ/956/2025, of August 4. The line is aimed at promoting clean and efficient technologies in the use of resources by Aragonese companies through productive investments executed in 2026.
The processing is documented in the order itself: the Evaluation Commission issued a report on October 9, 2026, the instructing body formulated a proposal for a final resolution on that same day, and the Delegated Comptroller in the department issued a favorable fiscal report on October 21. The order bears the signature of Councilor Eva Valle Maestro in Zaragoza, on October 26, 2026.
The funding is entirely European: the action is 100% funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the ERDF Program 2021-2027 (14214), in accordance with articles 108.2.c) and 112.3.e) of Regulation (EU) 2021/1060.

Completing the list, among others, are SCANFISK SEAFOOD SL, HORMIEBRO SL, ZANINI EPILA SLU, BEJUSER INDUSTRIAS SL, PUNZOMETAL SL, TALLERES PALACIO SA, DANA AUTOMOCION SA, GUCHEDI SL, CELULOSA FABRIL SA, TELNET FIBER OPTIC SL, EBROACERO SA, and ALFONSO FECAR SA.
De minimis adjustments and excluded expenses
The resolution combines the de minimis regime with category exemptions and applies reductions for adjustments under article 11.4 of the call in several files, including MIRALBUENO SL, FRAGMENTAL CALATAYUD SL, and CASADO MARTINEZ SL. The annex further details concepts excluded from the investment: containers, electrical installation, civil works, transport costs, services, or maintenance.
Beneficiaries must justify the aid in accordance with articles 28 and 29 of the call order, with attention to sections 9, 10, and 11 of article 9 regarding second-hand equipment, intangible assets, and eligible expenses equal to or exceeding 15,000 euros.
Rejected applications, withdrawals, and appeals
Annex II lists 29 rejected applications. Eleven of them did not reach the minimum score, with INDUSTRIAS MICROMECANICAS SL and NANTOR RESINAS SL at the bottom with 23.5 and 19 points; the rest are rejected due to non-eligible investment or activity according to articles 4, 5, and 9 of the call or article 1 of the RGEC. Annex III lists seven applications not granted, due to withdrawal or the limit of article 11.4. Additionally, ZFoam España, SL, Somvital, SL, and Exopol, SL previously waived their files TLE-12-2026, TLE-47-2026, and TLE-52-2026.
Against the order, which exhausts the administrative route, an appeal for reversal may be filed within one month or a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Aragon within two months, provided that both are not pursued simultaneously.
The distribution confirms the weight of the traditional Aragonese industrial fabric—food, metal, wood, packaging, and chemicals—among the applicants for these funds, and excludes about thirty projects due to scoring or failure to fit the guidelines. For the 36 beneficiaries, the publication opens the justification calendar for entirely European funding that requires proof of the committed investment.
