Aragón assigns definitive destinations to dozens of permanent temporary workers

The Department of Finance, Interior and Public Administration of the Government of Aragon has awarded permanent assignments to dozens of workers who passed the selective processes for the stabilization of temporary employment, thus consolidating their status as permanent contractual staff. The resolutions, signed by the Director General of the Civil Service, are published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 170, dated September 2, 2026, in section II on Authorities and Personnel.

Those affected belong to the professional categories of First Agricultural Officer and Head of Governing Unit, with assignments in the departments of Agriculture, Livestock and Food, Environment and Tourism, Education, Science and Universities, and in the Aragonese Institute of Social Services.

Awarding of permanent assignments

The resolution of August 17, 2026, awards permanent assignments to the contractual staff of the First Agricultural Officer category who had received an initial provisional assignment and had not obtained a permanent position in other processes. The incorporation is carried out without interruption from the provisional assignments, effective the day following the publication in the gazette.

In the Head of Governing Unit category, the resolution of August 17, 2026, definitively awards positions to the candidates who passed the selective tests convened by the resolution of November 27, 2024, setting a period of thirty days for the formalization of the indefinite contract.

Assignments in Agriculture and Environment

The First Agricultural Officer positions are distributed among territorial services and research centers:

• Guillermo Fustero Belanche, RPT 16031, in Agriculture, Livestock and Food (Zaragoza).
• Mariano Sánchez Montalar, RPT 10143, in Education, Science and Universities (Teruel).
• Adrián Gandoy Colás, RPT 8860, in Agriculture, Livestock and Food (Zaragoza).
• David Franco Roldán, RPT 9209, in the Agri-Food Research and Technology Center (Bescós de Garcipollera).
• Inés Pérez Lamuela, RPT 8867, in Agriculture, Livestock and Food (Zaragoza).
• Víctor Herrera Gil, RPT 9150, in the Agri-Food Research and Technology Center (Zaragoza).
• Alfredo Moce Malo, RPT 9241, in Agriculture, Livestock and Food (Zaragoza).
• José María Alcaire Alcaire, RPT 8679, in Environment and Tourism (Jaca).

Assignments in Social Services and new calls

In the Head of Governing Unit category, the awarded positions are located in the Aragonese Institute of Social Services and in the department of Environment and Tourism:

• Amparo Gómez Molero, RPT 12882, at the Aragonese Institute of Social Services (Teruel).
• M.ª Ángeles Fuertes Pérez, RPT 63772, at the Aragonese Institute of Social Services (Teruel).
• Alejandro Herce Fuente, RPT 8678, in Environment and Tourism (Jaca).

An additional resolution, dated August 21, 2026, signed on behalf of the Director General of Interior and Emergencies, Miguel Ángel Clavero Forcén, assigns permanent destinations to Oscar Oliver Montolío (RPT 16030, Alcañiz), Tamara Mora Ibáñez (RPT 8667, Zaragoza), and Héctor Luis Monserrat Monserrat (RPT 8668, Zaragoza), all in Agriculture, Livestock and Food.

Appeal and effects

Against these resolutions, which do not exhaust administrative remedies, an administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed before the Minister of Finance, Interior and Public Administration within one month of notification, prior to the social judicial route, in accordance with Law 39/2015, of October 1, and Law 36/2011, of October 10.

With this publication, the Aragonese Executive closes a key stage of the process to reduce temporary employment in the General Administration, providing job stability to public employees who had been in provisional status for years. For the affected workers, the permanent position represents the consolidation of their post and the guarantee of continuity in the public service.
