IAE 2026 tax rolls approved for 75 municipalities in Córdoba

The Vice Presidency of the Institute for Cooperation with Local Finance (I.C.H.L.) of Córdoba has approved, by Decree of the organization’s Presidency, the collection registers for the Tax on Economic Activities (IAE) for the 2026 fiscal year corresponding to 75 municipalities in the province. The agreement, signed on September 4, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 178, dated September 15, 2026, page 13192, with reference BOP-A-2026-3079.
The voluntary payment period extends from September 15 to November 16, 2026, both inclusive. The notification of the settlements contained in the registers is carried out collectively, pursuant to the provisions of article 102.3 of the General Tax Law 58/2003, of December 17, and article 86 of the General Ordinance for the Management, Inspection, and Collection of Public Law Income of the Provincial Council of Córdoba.
Affected Municipalities
The register covers practically all the municipalities in the province adhered to the organization’s tax management service. Among them are:
- Adamuz, Aguilar de la Frontera, Baena, Cabra, Castro del Río, Doña Mencía, Fernán-Núñez, Fuente Obejuna, Fuente Palmera, Hinojosa del Duque, Hornachuelos, Iznájar, La Carlota, La Rambla, Lucena, Montilla, Montoro, Palma del Río, Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo, Posadas, Pozoblanco, Priego de Córdoba, Puente Genil, Rute, Santaella, Villafranca de Córdoba, Villanueva de Córdoba and Zuheros, among others.
Public Display and Appeals
The registers shall be open to the public for a period of one month, starting from the date of their publication in the gazette, at each City Hall, on the notice board of the Electronic Office of the Institute for Cooperation with Local Finance (https://sede.haciendalocal.es) and in the various Public Service offices of the organization.
An appeal for reversal may be filed against the settlements, in accordance with article 14.2 of the Recast Text of the Law regulating Local Treasuries, within one month from the day following the end of the public display period. The appeal may be submitted at the headquarters, located at Reyes Católicos Street, number 17, Córdoba, or at any other office of the organization in the province.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made through various channels:
- Electronic banking of the entity, through the Electronic Office, by scanning the QR code of the payment document or following the link in the SMS or email received (Bizum, bank card, and account charge from Cajasur).
- In person, by presenting the payment slip before its expiration date at any of the organization’s offices (bank card and Bizum).
- At collaborating banking entities: Banco Santander, CaixaBank, Caja Rural de Baena, Caja Rural del Sur, Caja Rural de Cañete, Caja Rural de Adamuz, Caja Rural Nueva Carteya, and Kutxabank (cash, account charge, or ATM).
- Through the Postal Network (Correos Pay).
The organization also offers a telephone customer service at 957 498 283. Once the voluntary payment period has elapsed, debts will be demanded through the enforcement procedure and will accrue executive period surcharges, late payment interest, and, where applicable, any resulting costs.
The resolution was signed in Córdoba on September 7, 2026, by the Vice President of the Organization, Ana Rosa Ruz Carpio. The approval of these tax registers represents a key milestone for local collection in the province: all businesses and economic activities in the 75 adhering municipalities are required to regularize their tax situation within the specified period, under risk of surcharges and enforcement proceedings.
