Por FactBox Admin

The Regional Ministry of Employment, Enterprise and Self-Employment of the Regional Government of Andalusia has announced the Line 9 grants for the 2026 fiscal year, aimed at financing activities for the reconciliation of personal, family, and work life in companies with their registered office in Andalusia. The call is formalized through the Resolution of October 9, 2026, of the Directorate General for Labor, Safety and Occupational Health, published in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA) no. 202, of October 19, 2026, along with its summary. The total amount is 100,000 euros and the application period is seven business days.
Regulatory framework and competent body
The grants are governed by the Order of October 5, 2020 (BOJA no. 197, of October 9, 2020), amended by the Order of May 29, 2023 (BOJA no. 105, of June 5, 2023), which approves the regulatory bases for these grants under a non-competitive concurrence regime. The authority to call for applications corresponds to the head of the Directorate General for Labor, Safety and Occupational Health, by virtue of the first additional provision.3 of the bases and Decree 195/2026, of July 30, regarding the organic structure of the Ministry.
The resolution was signed in Seville on October 9, 2026, by the Director General, Luis Roda Oliveira, by delegation of the Regional Minister (Order of 5.10.2020), and the summary was signed on October 13, 2026. The processing of the procedure corresponds to the Sub-directorate of the Directorate General for Labor, Safety and Occupational Health and the resolution to its head, also by delegation.
Requirements and amounts
Companies with their registered office in Andalusia that can prove a minimum of 10 contracted employees may apply for the grants. For the concept of information, dissemination, and awareness, a maximum limit of 49 employees is added.
- Up to 6,000 euros per recreational, cultural, or sporting activity.
- Up to 2,000 euros per information, dissemination, and awareness activity.
- In no case shall the grant exceed 100% of the approved budget for each project or activity.
Eligible expenses cover two concepts: recreational, cultural, and sporting activities for children under 12 or dependent persons, during non-school hours or vacation periods; and information, dissemination, and awareness actions regarding equality in the workplace and reconciliation, aimed at the staff of the applying company. The execution period runs from the submission of the application until the date set in the granting resolution.
Budget, deadlines and processing
The call is funded by budget item 1400010066 G/31C/47001/00 01, from program 3.1.C. Safety, Health and Labor Relations, with 100,000 euros for the 2026 fiscal year. The resolution provides that any subsequent increases in credit may allow for a complementary resolution, and that the General Directorate may nullify the unresolved call in accordance with article 29.2 of Law 8/2025, of December 22, on the Budget of the Autonomous Community for 2026.
- Application period: seven business days from the day following the publication of the summary, that is, from October 20, 2026.

- Maximum period for resolution and notification: six months from the submission of the application, with negative administrative silence.

- Identifiers in the National Grants Database: 934766, 94767, and 934768.
Impact
The line arrives with a limited budget—100,000 euros—and a very short period of seven business days, which requires interested companies to have the activity report, the itemized budget, and the accreditation of the number of workers ready. For Andalusian SMEs with between 10 and 49 employees, the call represents a direct way to finance camps, extracurricular activities, or awareness days that facilitate co-responsibility, without competing for points: the distribution is resolved in order of submission until the credit is exhausted.
