Amusco auctions a municipal plot on the Paseo de los Palomares

The Amusco City Council has put up for public auction the disposal of a municipal plot of 356 m² located on Paseo de los Palomares, with a bidding price of 12,337.18 euros, which may be improved upwards. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Palencia number 103, dated August 28, 2026, and opens a period of 30 calendar days for the submission of bids.

The tender is based on the Particular Administrative Clauses Specifications approved by Mayoral Decree of August 11, 2025, which regulates the award of this patrimonial asset through auction. The procedure is open, with ordinary processing, and the most advantageous economic offer constitutes the sole award criterion.

The plot and its location

The asset subject to disposal is Plot B, an undeveloped piece of land located in the municipality of Amusco, on Paseo de los Palomares, classified as consolidated urban land in an urban growth zone (CU), according to Planning Map 3.2 of land categories and uses.

• Boundaries: facing the future facade of Paseo de los Palomares, and party walls with segregated plots A and C and with plot 37.

Economic conditions and guarantees

The bidding price is set at 12,337.18 euros, an amount that may be improved upwards by the bidders. To participate in the auction, a provisional guarantee of 616.86 euros is required.

Deadlines and submission of bids

Proposals may be submitted at the General Registry of the Amusco City Council, at Plaza Obispo Germán Vega 1 (34420 Amusco), or by mail, fax, or electronic means at the locations provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure.
