The deadline for allegations for the San Miguel wind farm has been extended to one month

Por FactBox Admin

The Official Gazette of Aragon publishes this Friday, August 21, 2026, in issue number 162, the correction of errors for the announcement by which the request for prior administrative and construction authorization for the wind module of the “San Miguel D” hybrid installation is submitted for public information. The Provincial Service of Zaragoza extends the period for submitting allegations from fifteen days to one month, after noting an error in the original announcement.

The correction, signed by the Department of Economy, Competitiveness, and Employment, amends the text published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 152, dated August 7, 2026, and affects file G-Z-2026/014, promoted by the company Energías Renovables de Deimos, SL.

The project and its scope

The “San Miguel D” hybrid installation includes a wind module with a capacity of 30.5 MW, accompanied by its corresponding environmental impact study, in the province of Zaragoza. The project is being processed within the framework of the prior administrative and construction authorization, a procedure that requires submitting the initiative for public information before its resolution.

Interested parties may submit allegations for one month starting from the day following the publication of the corrected announcement, in the forms provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

How to submit allegations

Allegations must be addressed to the Provincial Service of Zaragoza, at the address indicated in the announcement, stating as a reference “Public information wind module San Miguel D installation, file G-Z-2026/014”.

  • Deadline: one month from the day following publication.
  • Recipient: Provincial Service of Zaragoza.
  • Mandatory reference: file G-Z-2026/014.

Relevance of the procedure

The extension of the deadline provides more leeway for residents, city councils, and entities to examine the environmental impact study and formulate observations regarding an energy project of significant scale. The correction ensures that public participation takes place with full guarantees before the administration resolves the authorization of the wind farm.
