Por FactBox Admin

The Alt Àneu City Council has awarded the hunting permits for the Alt Pallars Aran National Hunting Reserve for the 2026-2027 season, after declaring the bidding process valid and accepting the most advantageous economic offers presented. The resolution, electronically signed by Mayor Josep Miquel Rosell Barba on September 7, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida (BOP) no. 172 on September 8, 2026 (edict 7570, CVE BOP-2026_0_172_7570, pp. 1-2).
The bidding process
The auction was governed by the specifications approved by Mayoral Decree 2026-0193 of July 28, 2026, in accordance with the reserve’s Technical Game Management Plan. The bidding announcement was published on the BOP de Lleida notice board and on the City Council’s website.
The deadline for submitting offers ended on August 19, 2026, and the Contracting Board, meeting on September 1, 2026, unanimously agreed on the list of permits contained in the file. The resolution awards the permits in the Trophy and Selective male modalities.
Awards by category
In the Trophy category, the Male chamois permit remained vacant, with no offers submitted. In the Selective category, the permits were distributed among various species and management units:
- Male roe deer: two permits in Bonaigua-Guingueta, for €678.00 and €666.00.
- Male red deer: two permits in Alt Àneu, for €1,753.00 and €1,428.00; three more permits remained vacant.
- Male fallow deer: three permits in Alt Àneu, for €1,359.00, €1,359.00, and €1,353.00, and a fourth for €800.00.
- Male mouflon: two permits in Vall-Farrera, for €3,007.00 and €2,958.00.
The successful bidders are identified in the file using numerical codes (0409, 2529, 5942, 2128, and 2011), without the resolution publishing their names.
Obligations of the awardees
The resolution requires the awardees, in compliance with the specifications, to formalize the total amount of the bid, minus the deposit, before the City Council within a period not exceeding 10 days. Additionally, the publication of the resolution in the BOP de Lleida and on the electronic headquarters of the Alt Àneu City Council is arranged, and it will be reported to the Plenary in the next ordinary session.
The publication of this award is relevant for hunters and for the game management of the region, as it establishes the permit holders of the reserve for the 2026-2027 season and records the lack of offers in the trophy category, an indicator to be considered for the planning of future seasons.
