Alovera announces the exam for four Multiple Services Officer positions
Por FactBox Admin

The Alovera City Council has approved the final list of admitted and excluded candidates for the selection process to fill four positions of Multiple Services Officer via internal promotion, in which a single admitted applicant appears. Mayor’s resolution number 2026-2585, dated September 28, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 189, dated October 5, 2026, also sets the date for the practical exercise for the upcoming October 14.
The four positions are vacant in the personnel staff of the Alovera City Council and correspond to permanent contractual staff. The rules governing the selection process were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 134, dated July 16, 2026, meaning the call is already in its final phase of execution.
The final announcement comes after the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 165, dated August 28, 2026, via Mayor’s resolution number 2026-2239, dated August 25, 2026. That procedure opened a period of ten business days for the correction and rectification of errors, a period that has not altered the list of participants.
A single admitted applicant and none excluded
Annex I of the resolution contains the final list of admitted candidates, consisting of a single person:
- Manuel Lozano Campón, with DNI 083.
The final list of excluded candidates remains empty: there are no applicants removed from the process. The document details the nine reasons for exclusion provided for in the rules, including non-payment of the fee, lack of annexes I and II, absence of academic qualification certification, lack of DNI, failure to prove training courses or professional merits, and failure to prove fee reduction.
The selection board, already constituted
Annex II identifies the members of the Selection Board in charge of judging the process:
- Presidency: titular Pedro José García Duque; substitute Víctor Cárceles Borda.
- Secretariat: titular Francisco Javier Montalvo García; substitute Amparo Castelo Jurado.
- Titular members: César Monseco Cerrillo, Javier Nicolás Gutiérrez, María Sol Benito García, and Carlos Tavira Sánchez.
- Substitute members: María Carmen Ruiz de Blas, Ana Isabel López Beltrán, Mercedes García Granizo, and Rafael Angona Alcolea.
Appointment on October 14 in work clothes
Annex III specifies the call for the exercise. The Selection Board is summoned for October 14, 2026, at 09:00 hours at the former waste collection center (punto limpio) of the town of Alovera, located at calle San Sebastián s/n. Admitted candidates must appear at 10:00 hours on the same day and at the same location to carry out the practical case study provided for in the eighth clause of the call’s rules.
The resolution imposes a material condition on the applicants: they must present themselves for the exercise wearing work clothes and safety footwear. The announcement is published on the Notice Board of the Municipal Electronic Office and in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara. The document was signed in Alovera on September 30, 2026, by the mayor, María Purificación Tortuero Pliego.
The call directly affects the municipal staff of Alovera, who are facing the filling of four permanent multi-service positions through internal promotion with only one applicant in the running, a ratio that anticipates a quick resolution of the process. For the candidates and workers of the town hall, the date of October 14 marks the last relevant milestone before the appointment proposal.
