Almoradí opens the eighth call for consumption vouchers with 331,076 euros

The Almoradí City Council has opened the eighth call for grants for the Consumption Voucher for Local Trade: Almoradí Vale x2, corresponding to the 2026 fiscal year, with a total allocation of 331,076 euros. The call, processed under a competitive bidding regime, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante number 169, dated September 7, 2026, and is identified in the National Grants Database with the number 927815.

The funding comes from the Most Excellent Provincial Council of Alicante, through its Consumption Promotion Campaigns program (Consumption Voucher, 2026 Fiscal Year), and is charged to budget application 430.480.06 of the 2026 municipal budget. The summary is published in accordance with articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the General Grants Law 38/2003, of November 17.

Beneficiaries and requirements

Persons aged 18 or older registered as residents in Almoradí, who possess a National Identity Document (DNI) or a Foreigner Identification Number (NIE), may obtain beneficiary status. The reference census will be that of the last day of the month prior to the call.

The call is governed by the consolidated text of the regulatory bases approved by the City Council plenary in the ordinary session held on June 21, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Alicante number 165, dated August 28, 2024. Application period

The period for submitting adhesion requests will be 5 business days, counted from the day following the publication of the summary in the official gazette. The announcement is signed by the mayor-president, María Gómez García, dated September 2, 2026.

The initiative seeks to revitalize the municipality’s commercial fabric and, at the same time, alleviate the consumption burden of registered families, following a line of support that the council has maintained continuously since its first editions. With this eighth call, Almoradí consolidates a local trade stimulus instrument that combines provincial funding and municipal management, presenting itself as an opportunity both for the participating businesses and for the residents who wish to benefit from discounts on their purchases.
