Almassora auctions four plots in the SUPOR-1 sector for 1.06 million

The Almassora City Council has opened the public tender for the disposal, via public ascending auction, of four plots located on residential urban land, with a base tender budget of 1,066,514.28 euros (taxes not included). The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Castellón, number 106, dated September 3, 2026, with reference 03793-2026.

The lands originate from the urban development of four execution units of Sector SUPOR-1 of the 1998 General Urban Development Plan of Almassora, resulting from the land redistributions carried out in each execution unit. The operation is processed as a private patrimonial contract, with ordinary processing, an open procedure, and an award method by auction.

Object and Lots

The disposal is divided into four lots, corresponding to the four plots, all of which are on residential urban land and located in Almassora. The department processing the file is the Procurement area of the council.

• Provisional guarantee: 5% of the base valuation of the highest-value lot for which an offer is submitted.

Submission of Offers

Proposals may be submitted within a period of twenty-five business days, counting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the gazette, from Monday to Friday at the offices of the Citizen Information and Attention Service (SIAC) of the City Council, during public office hours. If the last day of the period is a Saturday or a holiday, the period will conclude on the following business day.

Appeals Regime

Against the published administrative act, which is final in the administrative channel, an optional appeal for reversal (recurso de reposición) may be filed before the same body within one month from the day following the publication of the specifications. A contentious-administrative appeal may also be filed directly before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Castellón within two months, in accordance with articles 114 and 123 of Law 39/2015 and articles 8 and 46 of Law 29/1998. The announcement is signed by the mayor, María Tormo Casañ, dated August 20, 2026.
