Almanza subasta trece parcelas industriales desde 22.112 euros

The Plenary Session of the Almanza City Council approved on September 8, 2026, the call for tenders for the disposal of thirteen plots in the town’s Industrial Estate, with starting prices beginning at 22,112 euros. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León no. 206, dated October 29, 2026, with the official reference BOP-LE-2026-206001. Interested parties have ten business days to submit their offers.

Municipal Land Heritage

The properties subject to the tender are owned by the Almanza City Council and are part of its municipal land heritage, as stated in the announcement itself. The call is governed by the plenary agreement of September 8, 2026, and is processed as a tender, not as an open auction to the highest bidder without conditions of use.

The thirteen estates are registered in the Property Registry of Sahagún and total 20,538 square meters, with a combined valuation of 328,608 euros. The resulting starting price is approximately 16 euros per square meter.

The list omits plot no. 10 and starts at number 2, meaning the offered area is equivalent to slightly more than two hectares of equipped industrial land.

Ten Business Days and Manual Submission

The deadline for submitting offers is ten business days starting from the day following the publication of the bidding announcement on the Public Sector Procurement Platform. The submission method is manual, not electronic, and the designated location is the municipal offices of the Almanza City Council, at Avenida de Europa, 33, 24170 Almanza (León).

The opening of proposals will take place three business days after the deadline. The specific economic-administrative clauses and the technical specifications are available to interested parties both at the municipal offices and on the council’s electronic headquarters, https://aytoalmanza.sedelectronica.es.

The announcement was signed in Almanza on October 28, 2026, by the mayor, Javier Santiago Vélez, and contains the validation code 7RDQJW7JE27WW3KZW65Z2L9XK.

Mandatory industrial destination

The urban planning destination of the alienated assets and the use given to them shall be that of an industrial estate, in accordance with urban planning legislation and current planning, where the properties are listed with an industrial use classification and qualification. This condition binds the successful bidder and limits the operation to productive activity, not to other developments.

Prices start from the municipal valuation and do not include, according to the published text, conditions other than those established in the specifications, where guarantees, payment methods, and buyer obligations are detailed.

A breath of fresh air for industrial land in the region

The operation puts more than 20,500 square meters of industrial land on the market at contained prices in a municipality of the Sahagún-Esla region, an area where the supply of equipped plots is scarce. For small businesses, workshops, warehouses, and rural entrepreneurs, the tender opens an unusual path to establish themselves with already urbanized land under municipal ownership, although the ten-business-day deadline and the requirement for in-person submission demand quick action.
