Por FactBox Admin

Almagro fija en 55 euros el viaje cultural a Warner 2026

The Local Government Board of the Almagro City Council approved on October 7, 2026, a new public price tariff for leisure activities: the cultural trip to Warner 2026, in a single category, will have an amount of 55.00 euros. The agreement is adopted by delegation of the Plenary of the Corporation in the session of September 5, 2023, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real No. 196, of October 12, 2026, page 9582 (announcement No. 3274). The tariff will begin to be applied once the announcement is published in the BOP.

The file is processed under the current General Ordinance for the Approval of Public Prices, published in the BOP of September 29, 2022, and file 2021/8391, followed for the establishment and regulation of the public price for leisure activities organized by the Almagro City Council. The agreement invokes Article 47 of the Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, and is based on the planning project attached to the file and the reports from the Treasury and the Municipal Audit Office.

The municipal governing body justifies the measure based on the “social reasons that advise setting an amount lower than the actual cost,” with adequate budget allocation to cover the difference, and agrees to the urgent processing of the proposed price.

The approved tariff

  • Tariff 36. Cultural trip to Warner 2026. Single category: 55.00 euros.
  • Reference file: 2021/8391, for public prices for leisure activities.
  • Approving body: Local Government Board of the Almagro City Council, agreement of October 7, 2026.
  • Publication: BOP of Ciudad Real No. 196, of October 12, 2026, page 9582, announcement No. 3274.

The agreement is organized into three points: incorporate the modification of public prices, provide the file with the mandatory processing and publicity through its publication on the City Council notice board and in the Official Gazette of the Province, and initiate its application once published in the BOP.

Background: other leisure tariffs in September

The revision of the public leisure prices of Almagro is not an isolated event. In September 2026, the Local Government Board had already approved several tariffs in the same area, published in the BOP of Ciudad Real No. 180, of September 18, 2026:

  • Show “Blindly. Under the Earth we tread”: 5.00 euros (tariff 42).
  • Show “Jorge Bedoya: Pandora’s Piano”: 10.00 euros (tariff 43).
  • Show “KAYLOS: The magical story of the artists of time”: 10.00 euros (tariff 44).
  • Ordinary route: 13.00 euros (tariff 16.1).
  • Four-route pass: 40.00 euros (tariff 16.2).
  • Weekend route: 68.00 euros (tariff 16.3).

The first three were incorporated by agreement of September 9, 2026 (announcement no. 2971), while the route rates were modified by agreement of September 16, 2026, within file 2026/8029, in order to add and modify several rates and discounts (announcement no. 2972).

Publication, application, and appeal process

  • Publication on the notice board of the Almagro City Council and in the Official Provincial Gazette.
  • Entry into force: once the announcement is published in the BOP.
  • Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha, based in Albacete, within a period of two months starting from the day following publication.
  • The announcement appears signed by the mayor, Francisco Ureña Prieto.

The new rate directly affects the residents of Almagro who participate in leisure activities organized by the City Council, as it sets the price they must pay for the 2026 cultural trip to Warner. The publication in the BOP closes the processing of the file and opens the period for its effective application and for the filing of appeals by the interested parties.
