Alins will auction selective hunting permits for the 2026-2027 season

The Alins City Council has approved the specific terms and conditions that will govern the public auction of six selective hunting permits for the 2026-2027 season. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida no. 178, dated September 17, 2026, with the official reference BOP-2026_0_178_7682 (pp. 1-2). The permits are open for bidding with base prices ranging from 440 to 1,430 euros per piece.

The permits were granted by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food of the Generalitat for the year 2026-2027, and the city council awards them through a public auction. The specifications are open to the public for ten business days for the filing of claims, and the tender is announced simultaneously. The agreement is signed by the mayor-president, Manel Pérez Cantalosella, dated September 9, 2026, with an electronic signature dated September 10, 2026.

Six permits with differentiated base prices

The auction includes six selective hunting permits, each with a base price set according to the species:

• 2 mouflon permits, at 1,430.00 euros each.
• 1 roe deer permit, at 440.00 euros.
• 2 red deer permits, at 990.00 euros each.
• 1 fallow deer permit, at 770.00 euros.

The highest price corresponds to the mouflon and the lowest to the roe deer, meaning the bidding range is between 440 and 1,430 euros per permit.

Submission of bids and proposal format

Bids must be submitted to the secretariat of the Alins City Council, between 10:00 and 14:00 hours. They can also be processed by certified mail or through the municipal electronic office (alins.ddl.net), using a generic application form.

The submission deadline is ten business days from the publication of the announcement in the BOP. Each proposal must be delivered in a sealed envelope stating on the outside:

• The indication “Economic proposal for the auction of the [species] hunting permit”.
• The first and last name of the bidder.

Inside the envelope, the proposal form adjusted to the official model must be included, containing the bidder’s personal data (full name, town, address, NIF, and email) and the price offered for the corresponding species, expressed in figures and in words.

Deposit and award criteria

Bidders must provide a deposit equivalent to 6% of the bid amount. The award will be made in favor of the economically most advantageous offer, that is, the one proposing the highest price for the requested permit.

The auction takes place at the very start of the hunting season and directly affects hunters and residents of Pallars Sobirà, who have ten business days to submit their bids and apply for one of the six selective permits. The procedure also allows individuals to file claims against the specifications before the bidding process proceeds, a formality that affects the final adjudication schedule.
