Alfambra puts the lease of a municipal dwelling out to tender

The Alfambra City Council has announced a tender for the lease of a municipal dwelling located at calle Estudio 19, 2º, intended for use as a primary residence. The call, approved by Mayoral Resolution of July 17, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 157, dated August 19, 2026, under reference 2026-2462.

The property, of urban class, is offered for lease to those seeking a primary residence in the Teruel municipality. Interested parties will have 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the announcement in the gazette to submit their offers.

Object and conditions of the tender

The object of the tender is the lease of the municipal real estate asset, the use of which is limited to a primary residence. The specifications are available to interested parties at the Alfambra City Council itself and on its electronic office.

Submission of offers and opening

Offers shall be submitted manually at the Alfambra City Council, at calle Estudio 21, postal code 44160 (Teruel), during Secretariat office hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:30 to 13:30. The electronic address of the council’s office and the email secretaria@aytoalfambra.com may also be used.

The opening of the offers will take place on the following business Tuesday after the submission deadline, at 12:00 hours. The specifications can be consulted at the City Council and on the municipal electronic office.

Signature and verification

The announcement is electronically signed by the Mayor of Alfambra, Mr. José Manuel Monferrer Crespo, dated August 13, 2026. Verification of the document can be carried out through the electronic office of the Provincial Council of Teruel.

The call is part of the management of the City Council’s municipal housing assets, which seeks to allocate a property under its ownership to facilitate access to housing in the municipality.
