Aldover approves the repair of the Ossera Path affected by the Paüls fire

The City Council of Aldover has definitively approved the project for the improvement of municipal rural roads affected by the Paüls forest fire, specifically the Camí Ossera. The decision was adopted through a Mayoral Resolution dated September 22, 2026, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona (BOPT) on September 25, 2026, under reference CVE 2026-08815. The budget for the action is 36,691.51 euros, to which 7,705.22 euros are added as Value Added Tax (VAT).

The announcement bears the signature of the mayor, Rosalia Pegueroles Gisbert, and is part of the municipal processing of repair works for the municipality’s rural road network. The resolution concludes the administrative process, meaning that no further appeals are possible through ordinary municipal channels, and the means of challenge are open directly before the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.

The approved text further orders the publication of the resolution through three official channels, with the aim of complying with the requirements for publicity and information for interested parties.

• Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Tarragona, within a period of two months starting from the day after notification.
• Appeal for reversal, optional in nature, before the same body that issued the resolution, within a period of one month starting from the day after notification.

The final approval closes the administrative processing of the project and opens the door to the tendering and execution of the works. For the residents of Aldover, the intervention on the Camí Ossera is relevant because these rural roads are the usual access route to the agricultural estates and farms of the district, such that their condition affects the daily mobility and agricultural activity of the municipality.
