Aldeaseca puts the lease of its municipal rural plots up for tender

The City Council of Aldeaseca (Ávila) has called for tenders for the award of agricultural use, through leasing, of municipal rural plots of a patrimonial nature originating from the common masses of land consolidation, via an open procedure. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila number 175, dated September 10, 2026, under file number 1807/26.

The decision was adopted by a Plenary Agreement on September 7, 2026, which approved both the procurement file and the Specific Administrative Clauses Document that shall govern the procedure. The announcement is signed by the Mayor-President, Borja Ismael Martín Hernández.

Object and conditions of the tender

The object of the contract is the transfer by lease for agricultural use of municipal rural plots of a patrimonial nature, originating from the common masses of land consolidation, the list of which appears in the Specific Administrative Clauses Document. The award is processed through an open procedure, such that any interested party meeting the requirements may apply.

Submission of bids and deadlines

Bids may be submitted within a period of fifteen business days, counting from the day following the publication of the tender announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila. Submission shall be carried out in the form and with the documentation established in the Specific Administrative Clauses Document.
