Aldeaseca opens the application period to appoint its new Justice of the Peace

The Aldeaseca City Council has opened a period of fifteen business days for interested individuals who meet the legal requirements to apply to be appointed as the titular Justice of the Peace of the municipality. The call, signed by the mayor-president Borja Ismael Martín Hernández, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila number 173, dated September 8, 2026, under file number 1778/26.
Legal framework of the call
The election of the Justice of the Peace corresponds to the Plenary of the City Council, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 101 and 102 of the Organic Law of the Judiciary and Articles 4 and 5.1 of Regulation 3/1995, of June 7, on Justices of the Peace.
