Por FactBox Admin

The Aldeacentenera City Council has approved the file for the acquisition through public tender of up to six properties located on Puente del Conde Street, with the aim of widening the public road and eliminating the obstacles that currently hinder the transit of vehicles and pedestrians. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres number 0169, dated September 3, 2026, with reference CVE BOP-2026-4147 (page 20400).

The tender was promoted through Mayoral Resolution No. 2026-0390, dated August 26, 2026, and is processed under file No. 206/2026. The announcement is disseminated in compliance with article 8.1.a) of Law 19/2013, of December 9, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, and the specifications remain available to interested parties at the municipal electronic office.

Object and budget of the tender

The contract, classified as private in accordance with article 9 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, aims to purchase the properties that obstruct the proper flow of traffic on Puente del Conde Street. The necessity, convenience, and opportunity of the operation are justified in the report contained in the file.

  • Base tender budget: 15,015.00 euros, according to the valuation of the Municipal Technical Services.
  • Properties to be acquired: up to six, located on Puente del Conde Street.
  • Budgetary allocation: 433.600, 2026 annuity, with sufficient credit withheld.

The procedure is governed by article 116.4 of Law 33/2003, of November 3, on the Heritage of Public Administrations, and by articles 28 and following of its General Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1373/2009, of August 28.

Proposals shall be submitted in two sealed envelopes—envelope “A” for administrative documentation and envelope “B” for the economic offer—preferably electronically at the City Council headquarters, signed with a recognized certificate.

  • Submission period: 20 business days from the day following the publication of the announcement in the BOP of Cáceres.
  • Useful surface area criterion: up to 50 points, with maximum points for the property with the largest surface area.

The evaluation committee, chaired by the mayor and composed of the secretary and municipal employees, will be constituted within ten business days following the closing of the period and will analyze the offers in a public act.

Award and formalization

After the opening of the envelopes, the committee may request the correction of errors within a maximum of five days and will submit its proposal within one month. The contracting authority will award the contract within a maximum of 15 business days from the receipt of the documentation proving ownership of the assets.

The sale and purchase will be formalized by means of a public notarial deed, with registration in the Property Registry and incorporation into the Cadastre, within a period of 10 business days from the award. Payment will be made by bank transfer at the time of formalization, and the costs of elevation to a public document and registry filing shall be borne by the City Council.

Relevance for the municipality

The operation represents an opportunity for the owners of Puente del Conde Street, who will be able to sell their properties to the council under public tender conditions, and a step forward in improving urban mobility in Aldeacentenera. The widening of the road seeks to resolve a daily traffic and safety problem for residents and drivers, within the framework of transparency required by public sector contracting regulations.
