Alcobendas auctions seven municipal homes in independent lots

The Alcobendas City Council has put up for auction seven municipally-owned homes through an open procedure, ordinary processing, and in independent lots. The call, approved by agreement of the Local Government Board in a session held on July 7, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 204, dated August 27, 2026, within section III of Local Administration.

The disposal is processed under file 41/2026 (File GT 6635/2026) and is configured in seven lots, each corresponding to one home. The procedure guarantees the principles of publicity, transparency, competition, equality, and objectivity, as stated in the official announcement.

The seven lots at auction

The homes are distributed in independent lots, each with its own cadastral reference and location:

• Lot 1: calle Olivar, no. 7, ground floor B.
• Lot 2: calle Calderón de la Barca, no. 9, 3rd floor C.
• Lot 3: calle Luis Rodríguez Ontiveros, no. 143, portal 2, 1st floor D.
• Lot 4: calle Luis Rodríguez Ontiveros, no. 147, portal 4, ground floor C.
• Lot 5: calle Luis Rodríguez Ontiveros, no. 147, portal 4, 4th floor B.
• Lot 6: calle Manuel de Falla, no. 22, portal 2, 3rd floor B.
• Lot 7: calle Calderón de la Barca, no. 4, 1st floor C.

Deadline and method for submitting offers

The deadline for submitting proposals is one month, counted from the day following the publication of the call announcement in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Documentation may be submitted in two ways:

• In person, at the General Registry of the Alcobendas City Council, located at Plaza Mayor, no. 1.
• Electronically, through the municipal electronic office.

The approved specifications and technical documentation may be consulted on the Public Sector Procurement Platform, on the municipal notice board, and on the City Council’s website.

Information and assistance for interested parties

Interested parties may request information and assistance for the submission of offers at SOGEPIMA, S. A., at Avenida de Bruselas, no. 16, 1st floor, 28108 Alcobendas, telephone 916 547 611 and email sogepima@alcobendas.org. Office hours are Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 to 14:00, and Fridays from 9:00 to 13:30.

The remaining conditions of the tender will be those established in the specifications, published on the Alcobendas City Council website, on the notice board, and on the Public Sector Procurement Platform. The announcement was signed in Alcobendas on August 18, 2026, by the acting mayor and delegated councilwoman, Marta Martín García, in accordance with the Competence Delegation Decree 2026-10304.

The auction of these seven homes represents an opportunity for private buyers to access properties in the municipality, while simultaneously allowing the city council to mobilize its local public assets. The open procedure, organized in independent lots, seeks to maximize attendance and transparency in the sale of municipal assets.
