Alcaudete appoints three Local Police officers as career civil servants

The Alcaudete City Council has appointed as career civil servants to the position of Local Police the three candidates who passed the selection process for the call for 3 Local Police Officers of the 2021 Public Employment Offer. The decision is adopted by Mayoral Resolution number 2026-6437, dated September 15, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén number 182, dated September 18, 2026, in the Local Administration section, pages 13824 and 13825, with the official reference 2026/4344.

The content of the resolution

The announcement is signed by the Mayor-President of the Most Excellent City Council of Alcaudete (Jaén), Yolanda Caballero Aceituno, and is addressed for general knowledge. The appointment occurs after certifying the completion of the phases provided for in the call and once the internships have ended, in accordance with the proposal of the Qualifying Board dated September 6, 2023.

The three appointments are formalized with effect from September 13, 2023, in the position of Local Police of the Alcaudete City Council, and are linked to administrative file number 6437/2026. The appointed candidates are:

• Mr. Alejandro Cañada Pancorbo, NIF no. 77.***.*01-K.
• Mr. Francisco López García, NIF no. 77.***.*77-C.
• Mr. Mario Moral Alcalá, NIF no. 26.***.*68-E.

Background of the selection process

The resolution is based on Mayoral Resolution number 614-2022, dated September 13, 2022, by which the three candidates were appointed as trainee civil servants and took office at the Alcaudete City Council, with the corresponding records of taking office held in the file.

Once the internship phase was closed and the passing of the tests was certified, the Qualifying Board submitted the proposal for definitive appointment to the Mayor’s office, which is now materialized in the published resolution. The file is thus documentarily closed with the inclusion of the proof of submission to the provincial gazette and the published announcement.

Publicity and subsequent procedures

The municipal agreement orders the publication of the appointments in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén and requires the proposed individuals to provide supporting documentation of the capacity conditions and the requirements demanded in the call.

Furthermore, the announcement is disseminated on the municipal electronic headquarters, www.alcaudete.es, and on the town hall’s Notice Board for the appropriate processing purposes. The Human Resources Area must incorporate the proof of submission to the gazette and the published announcement into file number 6437/2026, recording the documentary closure by means of a diligence.

The text is dated in Alcaudete on September 16, 2026, and bears the signature of the Mayor-President, Yolanda Caballero Aceituno.
