Alcaracejos modifies the fee for the Los Pedroches Thermal Center

The Plenary of the Alcaracejos City Council, in an ordinary session held on July 29, 2026, agreed to the provisional approval of the modification of the Fiscal Ordinance regulating the fee for the use of the Los Pedroches Thermal Center, swimming pools, sports facilities, and other services. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, number 163, dated August 24, 2026, page 12611, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-2877.

The modification is now subject to public consultation for thirty days, counted from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the gazette, so that interested parties may examine the file and submit any claims they deem appropriate.

Regulatory Framework

The procedure is processed under Article 17.2 of the Recast Text of the Law regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5. This is the established route for the provisional approval of fiscal ordinances and their modifications, which requires the public exhibition of the file before its final approval.

The file was prepared by the competent services of the entity and submitted to the Plenary, which gave the green light to the modification in its ordinary session at the end of July.

During the public consultation period, the file may be examined by any interested party at the municipal offices, where any allegations deemed pertinent may be formulated. It will also be available to any interested person on the entity’s electronic headquarters.

If no claims have been submitted after the deadline, the agreement will be considered definitively approved.

The announcement is signed by the Mayor-President, José Luis Cabrera Romero, dated August 12, 2026, and is associated with a Secure Verification Code (CSV) that guarantees the authenticity of the electronic document.

The modification affects the fee taxing the use of the Los Pedroches Thermal Center, as well as the swimming pools, sports facilities, and other municipal services, a benchmark facility in the Los Pedroches region.
