Alcalá de los Gazules publishes admitted and excluded candidates for Legal Advisor

The City Council of Alcalá de los Gazules (Cádiz) has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons in the selection process for the provision, as career civil service personnel via open competition and through the opposition system, of one position for Legal Advisor (Technical Support for the Secretariat-Intervention). The decision was adopted by Mayoral Decree number 2026-0943, dated August 7, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz number 164, dated August 26, 2026, under announcement number 266.960.

The position, vacant in the municipal staff, is classified under the Special Administration Scale, Technical Subscale, and belongs to Group A, Subgroup A1. It was included in the council’s 2025 Public Employment Offer, under file number 556/2026.

Correction period

In accordance with the provisions established in the regulatory bases of the call, a period of ten business days is granted for interested persons to correct the defects that led to their exclusion or omission. The count begins the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz, that is, starting from August 27, 2026.

During this period, those listed as excluded or omitted must submit the necessary documentation or allegations to the council to regularize their situation in the selection process.
