Alcañiz groups the Las Monjas vineyards into a single plot

The Alcañiz City Council has initially approved the Detailed Study that groups the plots located at numbers 7, 9, and 11 of Las Monjas Street into a single plot. The decision was adopted by agreement of the Local Government Board dated August 14, 2026, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel on August 21, 2026, number 159, under reference No. 2026-2468.
The file, processed at the request of the Alcañiz City Council itself, aims to complement the land parceling of the affected properties, configuring a single plot and organizing the construction within said area. The initiative is part of the urban planning of the historic center of the Teruel town.

The file is subject to the public information process and the hearing of interested parties for a common period of one month, counted from the day following the appearance of the announcement in the Official Gazette of Aragon, Teruel Section.
