Alcázar awards the purchase of a property for 31,220 euros

The Local Government Board of the Most Excellent City Council of Alcázar de San Juan has awarded the direct acquisition of a property located at Carril de Mochal, no. 10, for a price of 31,220.00 euros, in favor of the only proposal submitted and admitted. The agreement was adopted in an ordinary session held on September 29, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real, number 190, dated October 2, 2026, via announcement number 3152.

The file stems from a previous agreement by the same body: the Local Government Board, in an ordinary session on July 7, 2026, approved the bidding file for the direct acquisition of the property, identified with the cadastral reference 2810811VJ8621S0001PX. Deadlines for appeal

• Optional appeal for reversal (recurso potestativo de reposición) before the Local Government Board of the City Council, within a period of one month, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
• Contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Ciudad Real, within a period of two months, pursuant to article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
• If the optional appeal for reversal is chosen, the contentious-administrative appeal may not be filed until the former is expressly resolved or is dismissed by implied silence.
