Por FactBox Admin

The Albacete City Council has approved the final list of admitted and excluded persons for the call for two vacant Technical Architect positions via open competition: 37 applicants admitted and one excluded. Resolution number 8702/2026, dated October 26, is signed by the Delegate Councilor for General Coordination of Municipal Government Operations and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Albacete number 127, dated October 30, 2026, in the third section. Additionally, it sets the first theoretical exercise for Tuesday, January 19, 2027, at 4:30 p.m.
The two positions are included in the 2024 and 2025 Public Employment Offers. The specific rules of the call were approved by agreement of the Local Government Board on May 7, 2026, and were published in the Official Gazette of the Province number 64, dated June 5, 2026, with an announcement in the Official State Gazette number 145, dated June 15, 2026. The provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants appeared in the Official Gazette of the Province number 106, dated September 11, 2026, with a single, non-extendable period of ten business days to correct defects by justifying the right to admission.
The Examining Board, in a session on October 21, 2026, closed the correction period and agreed upon both the approval of the final lists and the date, time, and place of the first exercise, according to the minutes contained in the file. The ruling is based on the report from the Human Resources and Occupational Risk Prevention Service.

The admitted persons, ordered by surname, are as follows:

The final list of excluded candidates consists of a single person: Juan Valero Sáez, removed for failing to present the qualifying degree. The resolution definitively excludes those who did not rectify defects within the deadline, in accordance with the first agreement of the call for applications.
Exam on January 19, 2027, on Carmen Street
The first exercise, of a theoretical nature, will be held on January 19, 2027 (Tuesday) at 4:30 p.m. at the premises of the Employment and Economic Promotion Service, located at number 4 Carmen Street, Albacete. Candidates must attend the roll call at the place and time set by the qualifying Tribunal.
Deadlines for appeal
The resolution may be optionally appealed for reversal within one month or challenged directly before the contentious-administrative jurisdictional order within two months, both counted from its publication in the Official Provincial Gazette. The regime complies with articles 112, 123, and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction. The signature is supported by the delegation granted by the Local Government Board through the agreement of June 22, 2023.
The publication closes the admission phase of a process that began with the 2024 and 2025 job offers and leaves the calendar in the hands of the Tribunal: the 37 admitted candidates already know the exact date of their first exam, while the sole excluded person remains out of the competitive examination unless they challenge the resolution within the indicated deadlines.
