Albacete initiates twelve sanctioning proceedings for public health

The Provincial Health Delegation of Albacete has publicized the initiation of twelve sanctioning proceedings regarding public health and tobacco, as personal notification could not be carried out at the last known address of the interested parties. • 291/2026S, initiated on 06/17/2026, in Aguas Nuevas (Albacete).

The proceedings are distinguished by their subject matter: those with the acronym CS correspond to public health, T to tobacco, and S to health, according to the delegation’s internal coding.

Deadline and location for allegations

Interested parties have a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of this notification, to present allegations. To know the full content of the administrative act, they may appear at the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Health (Legal Advisory), at Avenida de la Guardia Civil, number 5, Albacete, from 09:00 to 14:00 hours.

The publication in the official gazette replaces personal notification and ensures that those affected can exercise their right to defense within the sanctioning procedure, so that the lack of location at their address does not deprive them of knowing about the initiation.
