Alaquàs saca a subasta dos parcelas municipales del Sector VII

The Alaquàs City Council has announced the disposal via auction of two municipally-owned plots, identified as M6-7 and M6-4, located in Sector VII of the municipality. The call is made public in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, number 176, dated September 14, 2026, under official reference 2026/11226.

A public land sale operation

The decision stems from the Alaquàs council itself, which has opted for the public auction route to transfer the ownership of these two plots from its assets. The disposal of municipal real estate is framed within the general regime for the disposal of assets of local entities, which requires the processing of an open and competitive procedure such as an auction.

The two assets being put up for sale are:

  • Plot M6-7, municipally owned, within Sector VII.
  • Plot M6-4, also municipally owned, in the same urban area.

A procedure open to investors

As it is an auction, the award will be resolved in favor of the most advantageous offer presented by the interested bidders. This mechanism allows the Alaquàs City Council to obtain the best possible price for land that is part of its assets, while opening the door to private initiative for its development.

The announcement published in the provincial gazette constitutes the formal act of publicity for the procedure, an indispensable requirement to guarantee competition and transparency in the sale of public assets. Interested parties should pay close attention to the terms of the call to learn the deadlines for submitting offers and the required economic and technical conditions.

Opportunity in the València metropolitan area

The town of Alaquàs, integrated into the València metropolitan area, has sustained residential demand, making these two plots in Sector VII a relevant opportunity for real estate developers and investors. The auctioning of municipal land can contribute to boosting the housing supply and generating revenue for local coffers.

The publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia guarantees the official dissemination of the procedure and its administrative traceability, so that any interested party can know the exact terms of the disposal and participate on equal terms.
