Aguilar de Campoo approves its 2026 public employment offer

The Local Government Board of the City Council of Aguilar de Campoo (Palencia) has approved the Public Employment Offer for the year 2026, which includes a total of eleven positions between career civil servants and permanent contractual staff. The agreement, adopted on August 3, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León number 166, dated August 27, 2026, in the Competitive Examinations and Contests section, with reference BOCYL-D-27082026-166-19.
The call is processed under file number 1467/2026 and is issued in compliance with Article 91 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime, and Article 70 of the Recast Text of the Law of the Basic Statute of the Public Employee, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30. The announcement also serves as a rectification of the one published in the Official Provincial Gazette number 49, dated July 13, 2026.
Career Civil Servant Positions
The offer reserves four positions for career civil servants, distributed among groups A1, C1, and C2 of the general administration:
- General Administration Technician (1 position), group A1, General Administration scale, Senior Technician subscale, via open competition.
- Administrative Grant Manager (1 position), group C1, under interim status, via competitive examination.
- Administrative Assistant (2 positions), group C2, General Administration scale, Assistant subscale, via open competition.
Permanent Contractual Staff Positions
The remainder of the offer, seven positions, corresponds to permanent contractual staff, with access via both internal promotion and open competition:
- Foreman (1 position), via competitive examination, internal promotion.
- First-Class Tradesman (2 positions), via competitive examination, internal promotion.
- First-Class Tradesman (2 positions), via competitive examination, open competition.
- Laborer (2 positions), via competitive examination, open competition.
Processing and Signature
The agreement was adopted by the Local Government Board in the session of August 3, 2026, and the announcement was signed in Aguilar de Campoo on August 25, 2026, by the mayor, María José Ortega Gómez. The publication in the regional gazette replaces and rectifies the announcement initially disseminated in the Official Provincial Gazette of July 13, 2026.
The offer combines technical and administrative roles with trade categories, broadening the range of profiles that can apply for the tests.
