Agriculture notifies the payment of grants to twenty young Extremaduran farmers
Por FactBox Admin

The Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Natural Environment has made public the list of twenty holders to whom it communicates the payment resolution for the aid for the establishment of young farmers in Extremadura, processed under Decree 56/2023. The announcement, signed on October 2, 2026, by the Head of the Structural Aid Service, Antonio Jesús Pi Pérez, is published in the Official Gazette of Extremadura number 196, corresponding to Friday, October 9, 2026. The publication replaces individual notification and opens the period for beneficiaries to consult their favorable resolution and, if applicable, appeal it.
Decree 56/2023, of May 24 (DOE number 117, of June 20, 2023), establishes the regulatory bases for aid for the establishment of young farmers in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura and the call for the 2023 financial year. Article 15 authorizes the competent bodies of the Regional Ministry to carry out any notification or communication through the publication of an announcement in the Official Gazette of Extremadura, which must indicate the place and means by which the list of interested parties and the act in question are displayed.
The annex lists the holders of the files in which, following the study, verification, and assessment of the payment application submitted, a resolution for the payment of the aid has been issued by the Director General of Common Agricultural Policy. These are, therefore, favorable resolutions: the twenty listed files have passed the verification phase and are eligible to receive the grant.

Consultation of the resolution and means of appeal
Interested parties may learn of the favorable resolution through the individual notification processed via the LABOREO platform (https://laboreo.juntaex.es/). Against these resolutions, which do not exhaust administrative remedies, an appeal for reversal (recurso de alzada) may be filed within one month starting from the day following the notification, before the head of the Regional Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, and Natural Environment or the head of the General Directorate of Common Agricultural Policy.
The appeal is subject to articles 101.3 and 101.4 of Law 1/2002, of February 28, of the Government and Administration of the Autonomous Community of Extremadura, in connection with articles 121 and 122 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. It may be submitted through the ARADO platform (https://aradoacceso.juntaex.es/), provided that a digital certificate or electronic ID (DNIe) is available.
Other actions in the same bulletin
The same issue of the DOE contains other announcements from the Ministry linked to young farmers: the list of holders notified of the payment resolution for aid for investments in the modernization and improvement of agricultural holdings (reference 2026081677) and respective requests for the correction of payment applications, for both the establishment and investment lines, with a non-extendable period of ten business days (references 2026081678, 2026081679, and 2026081680).
These latter actions are processed under Decree 169/2024, of December 30 (DOE number 13, of January 21, 2025), which establishes the regulatory bases and the first call for the new aid scheme for the establishment and investments of young farmers, replacing the framework of Decree 56/2023.
The publication serves as official notification: the twenty listed farmers must check their file in LABOREO to learn the amount and conditions of the payment, and they have one month to appeal if they do not agree. The announcement confirms that the Ministry is maintaining the active flow of payments for the first installation program, a key line for generational renewal in the Extremaduran countryside.
