Agriculture grants 248,508 euros to 70 Valencian rabbit breeders

The General Directorate of Agricultural and Livestock Production, under the Department of Agriculture, Water, Livestock and Fisheries, has resolved the granting and payment of “de minimis” aid destined for rabbit breeding farms in the Valencian Community. The resolution, dated September 24, 2026, grants the subsidy to 70 holders and authorizes a total payment of 248,508.00 euros. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) No. 10462, of September 30, 2026, section III, with the official reference DOGV-C-2026-30604.

Bases, call for applications, and budget allocation

The call is supported by Order 12/2025, of October 27, which establishes the regulatory bases for this aid (DOGV 10229, 04.11.2025). The initial allocation was set by the Resolution of December 2, 2025, of the General Directorate of Agricultural and Livestock Production (DOGV 10269, 26.12.2025), with a global amount of 245,000 euros for the 2026 financial year.

Subsequently, the Resolution of March 3, 2026 (DOGV 10335, 02.04.2026) expanded the budget allocation, such that the maximum global amount of the call was set at 350,000 euros. The expenditure is charged to budget application G0112.02.01, subprogram 714D00, line S1538, chapter 4.

Seventy beneficiaries from 73 files

Of the 73 files received, the resolution distinguishes three situations:

• 70 files meet the requirements of the regulatory order and appear in Annex 2, with the score obtained and the amount granted.
• 1 denied file: AGMICU/2026/12/002, held by Cunícola Segura, SL, for failing to comply with the provisions of resolution 4, section 2, letter e) of the call and the order.
• 2 withdrawn files: AGMICU/2026/03/005, from the Young Farmers Agricultural Association (ASAJA), and AGMICU/2026/46/021, from Javier Molla Lluch.

The list is ordered by province and ascending file number: it begins with AGMICU/2026/03/001, held by José Antonio Miralles Ferrete, and ends with AGMICU/2026/12/037, held by Diabate Djemory. The proposal from the collegiate body supporting the resolution is dated July 15, 2026.

Amounts and entities without legal personality

The fourth resolution authorizes the payment of 248,508.00 euros to the beneficiaries in Annex 2, while the fifth orders the cancellation of the remaining ungranted balance of line S1538, amounting to 101,492.00 euros. Annex 5 details the beneficiaries who are entities without legal personality:

• Granja Cunícula La Marchal SCP (file AGMICU/2026/03/002): 2,320.00 euros, with José Luis Bernabeu Bernabeu and Patricio Abelardo Bernabeu Bernabeu at 50%.
• IRACUN CB (AGMICU/2026/46/004): 3,200.00 euros per holder, with José Iranzo Rubio and Lucinio Iranzo Rubio.
• Granja Caminous CB (AGMICU/2026/12/005): 10,044.00 euros, divided at 25% among Raúl Alemany Pavia, María Victoria Carbó Ferreres, Bruno Alemany Carbó, and Irene Alemany Carbó.
• Gil Albert SCP (AGMICU/2026/12/010): 1,440.00 euros, with Cristina Gil Albert (95%) and Tirso Gasulla Fabregat (5%).
• Granja Paisanos SCP (AGMICU/2026/12/019): 4,000.00 euros, with Mohamed Boujlil and Radouan El Mahdaoui at 50%.

Publication and effects

The resolution specifies that its publication in the DOGV replaces individual notifications and produces the same effects, in accordance with article 45 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The document was signed in Valencia on September 24, 2026, by M. Àngels Ramón-Llin Martínez, Director General of Agricultural and Livestock Production.

The measure injects direct liquidity into the Valencian rabbit sector, which has been heavily affected by the increase in feed and energy costs, and confirms the Generalitat’s budgetary commitment to rabbit breeding farms: of the 350,000 euros available, 248,508 have been committed, while 101,492 euros are annulled due to a lack of applications that met the requirements.
