Admitted and excluded candidates for the Printing Shop Management position

The Provincial Council of Cáceres has made public the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates for the filling of one position as Head of the Printing Workshop, through the competitive examination process for internal promotion. The list is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cáceres (No. 0165, August 28, 2026), following the end of the application submission period.

The announced position belongs to the Special Administration Scale, Special Services Subscale, Special Assignments Class, Group C, Subgroup C1, of the Council’s civil service staff. The process was announced via presidential resolution on August 2, 2026, published in BOP No. 0147, on August 4, 2026.

Provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates

In accordance with the provisions of the fourth clause of the call, the provisional list consists of one admitted candidate and one excluded candidate:

• Admitted: HERNÁNDEZ CHAVES, DAVID (ID *6182).
• Excluded: RANIERI, DARÍO CÉSAR (ID ***6835).

Reasons for exclusion

The excluded candidate is listed with two reasons for exclusion, referring to the clauses of the call:

• 1*: Registration was not completed in accordance with clause 3.2.1.
• 2*: Does not meet the requirement established in clause 2.2.

Deadline for claims

In accordance with Article 68 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, excluded candidates will have a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of this announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province, to submit claims. The list will also be made public on the electronic Notice Board of the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Cáceres.

The announcement, signed by the secretary José Álvaro Casas Avilés in Cáceres on August 26, 2026, is published for the general knowledge of those interested in the selection process.

The publication of this provisional list represents a key step in filling a technical position within the Council’s civil service staff and opens the way for affected candidates to rectify or appeal before the approval of the final list, which will lead to the holding of the competitive examination tests.
