Admitted and excluded from the competitive examinations for service inspectors in Guadalajara
Por FactBox Admin

The Guadalajara City Council has published the provisional list of accepted and excluded applicants for the selective process to fill, through free competitive examination and on a permanent basis, two positions for service inspectors. The resolution, signed on August 14, 2026, by the Delegate Councillor for Human Resources, Ms. Isabel Nogueroles Viñes, appears in today’s edition of the Official Bulletin of the Province of Guadalajara.
This process is part of the 2026 Public Employment Offer (OEP) of the city council and is governed by the bases and the call approved by Decree on June 26, 2026. The original bases were published in the B.O.P. of Guadalajara, No. 123, of July 1, 2026, and in the Official State Bulletin (B.O.E.), No. 165, of July 8, 2026.
65 accepted applicants and two excluded
The administrative decision includes a total of 65 accepted individuals in the provisional phase. The selective process, called for the free turn, aims to fill two service inspector positions in the staff of civil servants of the Guadalajara City Council.
Along with the list of accepted applicants, the list of excluded applicants has also been made public. Of the two cases recorded, one is due to the failure to prove seniority in unemployment and the other to the failure to provide the required qualification.
Reasons for exclusion and data of the excluded
The document details the names and reasons for the two provisional exclusions:
- José Alfonso Ferro Leira: Excluded for not attaching the qualification required for the position (Cause 3).
- Leticia Llorente Rosaleny: Excluded for not proving the necessary seniority in a situation of unemployment (Cause 1).
The causes of exclusion contemplated in the bases also include the lack of an ID card or the absence of a driving license, although in this call only the two reasons mentioned above have been recorded.
Correction period and appeals
The publication of the provisional list opens a period of ten business days for applicants to correct the defects that led to their exclusion or their non-inclusion in the lists. This period begins to count from the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Bulletin of the Province.
If during that ten-day period no appeal is filed against the provisional lists, they will be deemed final. The resolution orders their publication in the official bulletin, on the City Council’s website, and on the Corporation’s Notice Board.
The publication of these lists is a fundamental administrative step for the start of the exam, which will allow evaluating the candidates’ knowledge of municipal regulations and the competencies inherent to the inspection of services.
