Adjudicados provisionalmente los destinos del concurso de méritos CSM DS 1/2026

The Ministry of Sustainable Development has made public the provisional award of destinations for the singularized merit competition CSM DS 1/2026, resolved on September 25, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) no. 192, of October 6, 2026, with reference 2026/7066. The resolution orders the publication of the destinations assigned by the Valuation Commissions to the participating civil service personnel and opens a period of ten business days to submit claims.

A competition convened in April

The process was convened by Resolution of 04/07/2026, from the Ministry of Sustainable Development (DOCM no. 71, of April 16, 2026), for the filling of vacant job positions in the Administration of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha listed in Annex I of that call.

Following the completion of the merit valuation phase, the Valuation Commissions submitted their award proposals in accordance with the ninth basis of the call, stating the score attributed according to the merit scale of the fourth basis. The resolution was signed in Toledo on September 25, 2026, by the Minister Mª Mercedes Gómez Rodríguez.

Nine destinations awarded and two vacant positions

Annex I of the resolution details the positions filled, including code, center, locality, awardee, and total score:

  • Carlos Serrano García — Support Technician, code 14065, General Secretariat, Toledo: 79.00 points.
  • Ana María Escudero Alcántara — Fire Prevention and Extinction Technician, code 13627, COR for Forest Firefighting, Toledo: 71.86.
  • Gregorio García García — code 10051, Provincial Delegation of Albacete: 86.19.
  • Javier Antonio Pérez-Olivares Pérez-Guzmán — code 10052, Provincial Delegation of Ciudad Real: 67.19.
  • José Ramón Ramos Lozano — Director of PN Valle de Alcudia and Sierra Madrona, code 12615, Ciudad Real: 80.26.
  • José Antonio Soria Gómez — code 10053, Provincial Delegation of Cuenca: 92.69.
  • Luis Escudero Serrano — code 10053, Provincial Delegation of Cuenca: 83.40.
  • Ángel Millán Vela Laina — Director of PN Alto Tajo, code 10943, Guadalajara: 65.21.
  • Emilio Braojos Quintana — code 10055, Provincial Delegation of Toledo: 75.17.

Two positions remain vacant: that of Technical Advisor, code 10236, of the General Directorate of Energy Transition in Toledo, and one of the two Fire Prevention and Extinction Technician positions, code 10052, in Ciudad Real.

Two applicants excluded

The second section of the resolution declares Andrea Gutiérrez Tovar (ID *2107), for the position of Technical Advisor, code 10236, and Antonio David Moreno Ordóñez (ID *1961), for the position of Fire Prevention and Extinction Technician, code 10051, as excluded.

The reason is failure to meet the requirement set forth in the second base, section 4, of the call, as two years have not elapsed since taking possession of their last permanent destination.

Ten business days to appeal

Claims against the provisional award may be filed with the Evaluation Commission within ten business days starting from the day following its publication in the DOCM.

Claims shall be completed and registered electronically through the Employee Portal of the Administration of the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha (https://portalempleado.jccm.es), in the same manner as the application was completed, according to the third base. Once the period has elapsed, the Evaluation Commission will resolve and notify the interested parties of the decision if it is dismissed.

The publication directly affects the civil service personnel who participated in the competition, who already know their provisional destination and have a limited period to challenge it. Furthermore, it records two vacant positions that could be offered again in a future call.
