Destinations for Procedural Processing and Judicial Assistance in Aragon have been awarded

The Director General of Justice, José María Recio Sáez de Guinoa, has assigned posts in Aragonese judicial offices to civil service personnel of the Procedural and Administrative Processing and Judicial Assistance bodies (open entry), through two resolutions dated July 31, 2026, published in the Official Gazette of Aragon number 163, of August 24, 2026. The assignees must take office within twenty business days starting from September 1, 2026.

Both resolutions arise from the selective tests for entry into the bodies of the Administration of Justice convened by Order JUS/1327/2022, of December 28, and are issued in accordance with articles 28 and 29 of Royal Decree 1451/2005, of December 7, which regulates the entry, filling of positions, and professional promotion of civil service personnel in the service of the Administration of Justice.

Assigned posts in Procedural Processing

The resolution with reference BOA20260824003 assigns eight positions of the Procedural and Administrative Processing body to career civil servants appointed by Order of July 31, 2026. The posts are distributed among the judicial districts of Calatayud, Ejea de los Caballeros, Calamocha, Daroca, Barbastro, Monzón, and Fraga:

• Clara Falcón Acín, General Civil Registry Office of Calatayud.
• José Javier Cabeza Viñues, Common Processing Service of Ejea de los Caballeros.
• Ángel Iglesias Seijas, Common Processing Service of Calamocha.
• Amaya Izaguirre García, General Civil Registry Office of Daroca.
• Gloria Yaiza Batista Hernández and Vanesa Fernández Parodi, Common Processing Service of Barbastro.
• Raquel Ibáñez Elipe, Common Processing Service of Monzón.
• Francisco José Serrano Pérez, Common Processing Service of Fraga.

Assigned posts in Judicial Assistance

The resolution with reference BOA20260824002 assigns five positions of the Judicial Assistance body, also via the open entry of the same call. The posts correspond to the districts of Alcañiz, Ejea de los Caballeros, Boltaña, Daroca, and Barbastro:

• María Ángeles Bellido Rubio, Common Processing Service of Alcañiz.
• María Pérez Richart, Common Processing Service of Ejea de los Caballeros.
• Ana Sousa Estella, Common Processing Service of Boltaña.
• Juan Alfonso Quiñones Jiménez, Common Processing Service of Daroca.
• Verónica Alexandra Masabanda Cabascango, Common Processing Service of Barbastro.

Conditions for taking office

Officials who are already permanent members of another body of the Administration of Justice and choose to remain active will not need to travel to take possession; it will be sufficient to communicate their option to the Territorial Management for the declaration of voluntary leave of absence. Those entering anew may request paid leave of one to three days to take possession, depending on whether or not there is a change of location. Interim personnel occupying the assigned positions shall cease their duties on the same day that the permanent holder takes possession, and the assignees may not participate in a transfer competition until two years have elapsed from the date of the resolution.

The positions offered through orders PJC/559/2026 and PJC/561/2026, of May 21, which have not been assigned, maintain their status as vacant and may be announced as vacancies in an ordinary competition. An administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed against the resolutions before the Minister of Presidency, Justice, Culture and Sport within a period of one month.

The filling of these thirteen positions reinforces the staff of the judicial offices of the districts of the provinces of Zaragoza, Huesca, and Teruel, and guarantees the continuity of service in the courts and civil registries of the community, within a context of personnel renewal of the Administration of Justice in Aragon.
