Provisional award of seven positions at the Digital Transformation Agency

The Digital Transformation Agency of Castilla-La Mancha has made public the provisional award of destinations for the singularized merit competition CSM ATD 1/2026, including the first name, surname, and score of each official proposed for the seven announced positions. The resolution, dated September 17, 2026, is signed by the General Management and published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) no. 185, dated September 25, 2026 (reference 2026/6816). Applicants have ten business days to file claims.

The competition was announced via a resolution dated April 14, 2026, from the General Management, published in DOCM no. 78, dated April 27, 2026, with the list of vacant positions included in Annex I. Following the completion of the merit assessment phase for the participants, the Assessment Committee submitted the destination award proposal to the governing body, in accordance with the provisions of the ninth clause of the call.

The score for each candidate is attributed according to the merit scale established in the fourth clause. All awarded positions correspond to the province of Central Services and the Digital Transformation Agency itself.

The seven destinations and their scores

• 0000014703 — Proactive Services ICT Coord.: Oliver Esteban, Eva, 68.100 points; ceases as Second Functional Analyst (0000015165).
• 0000014704 — Data Intelligence ICT Coord.: Martin Moreno Romero, Daniel, 66.214 points; ceases as Senior ICT Technician (0000000479).
• 0000012506 — ICT Coordinator: Sanchez Aragones, M. Angeles, 82.000 points; ceases as Primary Sys.-Dev. Administrator (0000008271).

Ten business days to file claims

Claims may be filed against the provisional award, where applicable, before the Assessment Committee within ten business days starting from the day following its publication in the DOCM. Claims shall be completed and registered electronically in accordance with the provisions of the ninth.6 clause of the call, using the form in Annex V.

Once the claims period has elapsed and any such claims have been resolved, the final award of destinations will be published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha.

Cessation of the original destination

The resolution also details the destination from which each awardee is departing, a relevant piece of data for internal staff mobility: the seven come from positions within the Agency’s own Central Services, with titles such as Primary Cons. Oper. Manager, Senior ICT Technician, Second Functional Analyst, or Primary Sys.-Dev. Administrator.

The document was signed in Toledo on September 17, 2026, by the Secretary General, Macarena Sáiz Ramos, by delegation of the Managing Director (DOCM no. 203, of 10/18/2024, resolution of 10/17/2024).

The publication opens the decisive phase of the competition: the seven proposed officials already know their destination and their score, but the award will not be final until claims are resolved and the definitive resolution is published. For the remaining applicants, the list of scale scores serves as a reference both for challenging the results and for gauging their options in future Agency calls.
