The announcement opens the preliminary procedure prior to the declaration of the need for occupation, a step that enables ADIF to acquire the land necessary to execute the works. The owners in Valdeolea included in the list have fifteen business days to verify boundaries, areas, and holders, correct errors, and submit objections before the file proceeds.
