Adanero opens bidding for a bar premises for 2,400 euros

The Adanero City Council has opened the procedure to lease a premises intended for a bar located at 28 de junio de 1942 Street, number 2, with a minimum rent of 2,400 euros per year. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila (BOP) number 184, dated September 23, 2026, under announcement number 1868/26, within the Local Administration section. The Mayoral Resolution covering the file is electronically signed, and the announcement is dated September 10, 2026, signed by the mayor-president, Natalia Torrecilla Perrino.

The contract is processed by the Adanero City Council (Ávila), with the municipal Secretariat as the department in charge of the file. The object is the lease of a municipally owned property to be used as a bar, in postal code 05296. The processing is ordinary, the procedure is open, and the processing is declared urgent, a combination that seeks to accelerate the awarding of the service.

A one-year contract extendable up to four

The planned duration of the lease is one year, with the possibility of extension for three additional years, placing the maximum horizon of the contract at four fiscal years. The base tender budget is set at 2,400.00 net euros per year, plus applicable taxes.

Specific contractor requirements are not demanded, meaning the call is open to any interested party who meets the general conditions of the specifications. The advertising costs of the announcement will be borne by the successful bidder.

Award criteria and guarantees

Offers will be evaluated according to four criteria collected in the announcement:

• Improvement of the rent to be paid.
• Longer opening hours than those determined in the Particular Conditions Specifications.
• Commitment to provide service to pilgrims passing through Adanero (Ávila).
• General improvements in service to the resident population or visitors.

Regarding the required guarantees, a provisional guarantee of 200.00 euros is established and a definitive guarantee equivalent to three monthly payments, excluding VAT.

Deadlines, place, and form of submission

The deadline for submitting offers closes fifteen days after the publication of the announcement in the BOP. Proposals shall be submitted to the Secretariat of the Adanero City Council, at calle Mayor, number 1, or by certified mail, following notification of the shipment by fax. The tender returns a hospitality service to the market in a small municipality in the region of La Moraña, crossed by the Camino de Santiago from Madrid, hence the specific criterion regarding the care of pilgrims. For the residents, the procedure opens the door to recovering a meeting point and a hub of economic activity; for hospitality operators, it represents an opportunity with limited initial investment, given that no specific solvency requirements are demanded and the provisional guarantee is limited to 200 euros.
