Natural gas framework agreement: enters into force on November 4

The Framework Agreement for the centralized procurement of the supply of piped natural gas destined for the supply points of facilities used by the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León and adhered entities will enter into force on November 4, 2026. This is determined by the Resolution of September 17, 2026, of the General Secretariat of the Department of Economy and Finance, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León (BOCYL) no. 184, of September 22, 2026. The framework agreement was awarded by Order of the Department of Economy and Finance of August 19, 2026, as stated in the text of the resolution itself.
