Por FactBox Admin

The Provincial Delegation for Sustainable Development of Ciudad Real, under the Ministry of Sustainable Development of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha, has called for the drawing up of records prior to the occupation of the estates affected by a new 15 kV overhead line running through the municipal districts of Valdepeñas and Santa Cruz de Mudela. The call is formalized by a resolution dated September 28, 2026, signed by the provincial delegate Agustín Espinosa Romero, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 191, dated October 5, 2026, with official reference 2026/4186 and announcement number 3208.
Public utility declared since June
The expropriation derives from the administrative construction authorization and the recognition of the public utility of the installation, granted by a resolution of the Provincial Delegation on May 18, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 106, dated June 8, 2026. Pursuant to Article 54 of Law 24/2013, of December 26, on the Electricity Sector, this declaration implies the urgent occupation of the affected assets and rights.
The file, processed under number 13211104987, corresponds to the project for 15 kV overhead lines of 5,653 meters and 697 meters and the renovation of the existing Polígono Industrial CT1 (13CBQL) transformation center to equip it with remote-controlled cells. The procedure is based on Article 52 of the Forced Expropriation Law of December 16, 1954, and the resolution of September 3, 2019, from the General Directorate for Energy Transition regarding the delegation of powers to provincial delegates.
Appearances on January 12, 13, and 14
The holders of the affected assets and rights must appear personally or represented by a duly authorized person at the town hall where the estates are located, providing documents proving their ownership, and may be accompanied at their own expense by an expert or a notary. The established schedule is as follows:
- January 12, 2027: Santa Cruz de Mudela (from 9:00 a.m.) and Valdepeñas (from 11:00 a.m.).
- January 13, 2027: Valdepeñas, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
- January 14, 2027: Valdepeñas, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The order of the recording process appears in the annex of the resolution and will be communicated to each interested party via the appropriate summons, in addition to being posted on the notice boards of the two town halls. The publication is also carried out for the purposes of Article 44 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
Fifty-four estates and one beneficiary company
The annex details 54 affected plots: 53 in Valdepeñas and one in Santa Cruz de Mudela. Among the listed owners are:
- Lorenzo Delgado Martínez, in polygon 12, plot 28, of Santa Cruz de Mudela.

- Andrés León Morales, Rocío Aranda Sánchez, and Consulting Padema Patrimonial, S.L., among other affected parties.
In the expropriation file, U.F.D. Distribución de Electricidad, S.A. assumes the status of beneficiary of the installation.
For the owners of the affected plots, the publication marks the formal start of the expropriation procedure and sets a mandatory appointment in January 2027: the preliminary act is the document in which the assets are described and the way is opened to agree on the fair price before an eventual definitive occupation.
