Por FactBox Admin

The Aalborg District Court (Retten i Aalborg) has taken the solar energy company Aalborg CSP A/S under bankruptcy proceedings (konkursbehandling) by decree of 31 August 2026, following a petition received on 30 August 2026. The decision is published in the Statstidende of 3 September 2026, in the bankruptcy-estates (Konkursboer) section, under case reference SKS 31-421/2026.

The company, registered under CVR no. 21142042, is domiciled in Aalborg municipality and has operated from Hjulmagervej 55, 9000 Aalborg. The court has appointed two trustees to administer the estate.

Trustees and the estate

The bankruptcy estate is administered by two appointed trustees:

  • Advokat Tim Rosenkrantz Buur, Vingårdsgade 22, 9000 Aalborg
  • Advokat Christian Jul Madsen, Kalkværksvej 16, 8000 Aarhus C

Any request for the election of a trustee and a creditors’ committee must be submitted in writing to the probate court (skifteretten) no later than three weeks after the publication of this notice.

Creditors’ claims

All parties holding a claim or other demand against the debtor are called upon to file their claim with the estate’s trustee within four weeks of the publication of this notice. Claims must be calculated as of 31 August 2026 and should be accompanied by supporting documentation.

The deadline structure is therefore:

  • 3 weeks from publication — for requests on the election of trustee and creditors’ committee
  • 4 weeks from publication — for creditors to file their claims, calculated as of 31 August 2026

Background and impact

The bankruptcy of Aalborg CSP A/S affects the company’s suppliers, employees and other creditors, who must act within the stated deadlines to secure their position in the estate. The notice, issued by the Aalborg District Court on 31 August 2026, sets out the procedural steps for the administration of the estate and the filing of claims.

For creditors and business partners of the solar energy firm, the four-week filing window is the decisive step to have their claims recognised in the bankruptcy proceedings. The case is being handled by the probate court of the Aalborg District Court.
