Aalborg court annuls 14 October bankruptcy of Peter Rasmussen Holding

Retten i Aalborg has annulled the bankruptcy decree it pronounced on 14 October 2026 over PETER RASMUSSEN HOLDING, AALBORG ApS, restoring the company’s control of its assets and halting the administration of its estate. The annulment is dated 21 October 2026 and is published in Statstidende of 23 October 2026 under reference S21102026-361, in the gazette’s bankruptcy section. The notice states only that the decree “er ophævet” — has been revoked — and gives no grounds.

The original decree was published in Statstidende on 16 October 2026 under reference S14102026-164. It placed the Aalborg holding company under bankruptcy proceedings following a petition received on 10 September 2026, and recorded that the company has its registered office in Aalborg Kommune and has traded from Elme Alle 12, st., 9000 Aalborg. The case was docketed as SKS 31-445/2026 at the court’s bankruptcy division. Statstidende, the official gazette in which these decisions take effect against third parties, is published by Civilstyrelsen under Justitsministeriet.

A one-week estate

The estate lasted seven days. The decree was pronounced on 14 October, announced two days later, and revoked on 21 October by the same court that issued it. The annulment notice is signed by the skifteret of Retten i Aalborg and carries the same case number, SKS 31-445/2026, tying the reversal directly to the October decree.

With the decree lifted, the collective administration that had begun on 14 October ends and the company returns to ordinary management of its assets. The notice does not say what becomes of claims already submitted to the trustee, nor does it record any application, appeal or condition attached to the revocation.

A rare reversal

Revocations are a small minority of the bankruptcy material. Statstidende carried only seven annulment notices between 15 September and 23 October 2026, against hundreds of new decrees published in the same weeks. Two of those seven appeared in the 23 October issue, and both revoked decrees pronounced on 14 October: alongside the Aalborg holding company, Retten i Holstebro annulled the decree over Lars Thøger Kristensen of Thyborøn, case SKS 3-229/2026, also on 21 October.

The Aalborg case is the more substantial of the two on the public record, because it concerns a limited company with a CVR number, a registered business address and an appointed trustee, rather than a personal estate. Its reversal therefore removes a company from the insolvency lists as well as closing an estate.

For suppliers, customers and counterparties of the holding company, the practical consequence is that the bankruptcy announced on 16 October no longer stands. Anyone who checked the gazette that week and treated PETER RASMUSSEN HOLDING, AALBORG ApS as insolvent should note that the official record now carries both entries, with the later one — the annulment of 21 October — superseding the decree.
