The Xunta calls the preliminary records for the paths of Cabana and Outes

The Galician Infrastructure Agency, dependent on the Department of Housing and Infrastructure Planning of the Xunta de Galicia, has summoned the owners of assets and rights affected by the construction of two pedestrian paths in the province of A Coruña for the drawing up of the minutes prior to occupation. The resolutions, signed by the Provincial Service of A Coruña, were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 162, of August 26, 2026, under announcements 2026/5563 and 2026/5560.

The expropriation proceedings are processed under Article 52 of the Forced Expropriation Law of December 16, 1954, and Articles 56 and following of its Regulation of April 26, 1957, as well as Article 22.5 of Law 8/2013, of June 28, on Galician roads. The final approval of the projects implies the declaration of public utility, the urgency of the occupation, and the need to acquire the lands, material deposits, and loans necessary for the works.

Path in Nantón, on the AC-552 (Cabana de Bergantiños)

The resolution of August 17, 2026, affects the construction project of the path in Nantón, on road AC-552, code AC/22/162.06, in the municipality of Cabana de Bergantiños. The project was approved by the Xunta on March 16, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of Galicia on March 24, 2026 (DOG no. 55).

• Drawing up of prior minutes: September 17, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00 hours.
• Formalization of occupation minutes: November 19, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 hours.
• Location: plenary hall of the Cabana de Bergantiños town hall.

Pedestrian and cyclist itinerary on the AC-550 (Outes)

The resolution of August 12, 2026, affects the layout project Promotion of sustainable mobility. Pedestrian and cyclist itinerary on the AC-550, code AC/25/086.06, in the municipality of Outes. The project was approved by the Xunta on May 25, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of Galicia on June 4, 2026 (DOG no. 103).

• Drawing up of prior minutes: September 30 and October 1, 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00 hours.
• Formalization of occupation minutes: November 24 and 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00 hours.
• Location: plenary hall of the Outes town hall.

Documentation and payments

Owners must attend personally or be represented by a duly authorized person, providing documents proving ownership, ID (DNI), proof of property tax (IBI), and a bank account certificate with IBAN and BIC codes. The list of affected parties and the parcel plan are displayed in the town halls and at the Provincial Service of the Galician Infrastructure Agency of A Coruña (rúa Vicente Ferrer no. 2, 8th floor), as well as on the department’s website.

Once the minutes have been drawn up and the credit enabled, the payment of advance deposits and compensation for rapid occupation will be carried out via bank transfer; in the event that the account certificate is not provided, the amount will be deposited in the Caixa Xeral de Depósitos. In the same act, the valuations established by the Administration for the purpose of mutual agreement will be offered to the owners. The resolutions were signed by the head of the service, Felipe de la Vega Gándaras.

These calls represent a decisive step for the execution of two sustainable mobility infrastructures that will improve safety and pedestrian and cyclist accessibility in two sections of the regional road network. For the affected owners, the summons marks the beginning of the expropriation procedure, therefore they must present the required documentation to guarantee the collection of the corresponding compensations.
