A Xunta amplía o crédito para os centros especiais de emprego galegos

The General Directorate of Self-Employment and Social Economy, under the Department of Employment, Trade and Emigration of the Xunta de Galicia, has resolved to redistribute the credit for grants to special employment centers (CEE) for the 2026 annuality. The decision moves 286,686.42 euros from programs I and II toward program III, which concerns the maintenance of salary costs for people with disabilities. The resolution is published in section III of the Official Gazette of Galicia (Diario Oficial de Galicia) no. 194, of October 13, 2026, with the reference AnuncioG0767-081026-0004.

The call is based on the Order of April 13, 2026 (DOG no. 71, of April 17), which established the regulatory bases for the CEE grants and a total budget of 27,040,000 euros. Subsequently, the Order of September 7, 2026 (DOG no. 174, of September 14) increased the allocation by 3,750,792.01 euros, using earmarked funds from the State. With the increase, the total amount of the call amounts to 30,790,792.01 euros.

The regulation authorizes the head of the General Directorate of Self-Employment and Social Economy to issue the instructions and acts necessary for the development of the order, and the resolution exercises that faculty to adjust the distribution among the three programs.

Redistribution without varying the total budget

The resolution does not add new money: it reorganizes the credit already available among the three programs of the call. Specifically, it deducts 286,686.42 euros from the applications that finance programs I and II and adds that same amount to program III, so that the total budget remains unchanged.

The text justifies the operation based on the need to address the requirements of the salary maintenance program, which concentrates the majority of the call’s expenditure. The surpluses come from applications 14.04.324C.470.3 and 14.04.324C.481.3.

The three grant programs

The call is divided into three lines, each with its own procedure code:

  • Program I (TR341K): professional activity support units.
  • Program II (TR342D): creation of stable jobs for people with disabilities, workplace adaptation, and technical assistance.
  • Program III (TR341M): maintenance of salary costs for people with disabilities.

How the distribution by applications stands

After the redistribution, the credit for each budgetary application is as follows:

  • Program I (TR341K), application 14.04.324C.470.3: 1,399,238.52 euros, after subtracting 85,616.95 euros.
  • Program I (TR341K), application 14.04.324C.481.3: 146,000.00 euros, after subtracting 88,000.00 euros.
  • Program II (TR342D), application 14.04.324C.470.3: 971,519.46 euros, no changes.
  • Program II (TR342D), application 14.04.324C.481.3: 42,930.53 euros, after subtracting 113,069.47 euros.
  • Program III (TR341M), application 14.04.324C.470.4: 26,176,782.84 euros, after adding 85,616.95 euros.
  • Program III (TR341M), application 14.04.324C.481.4: 2,054,320.66 euros, after adding 201,069.47 euros.

All amounts are allocated to project code 2018 00099. In the distribution published with the September extension, applications 470.x appear associated with private companies and 481.x with associative entities.

Deadlines and financing

The modification does not affect the application submission deadlines established in the Order of April 13, 2026. The maximum date to submit the payment request and justify the eligible actions will be the one set in the granting resolution.

The increase and redistribution are covered by earmarked State funds, coming from credit generation and remnants from other aid calls from the Department of Employment, Trade and Emigration.

For special employment centers in Galicia, the adjustment ensures that the program supporting the salaries of workers with disabilities has more resources, while the support lines for professional activity and the creation of jobs remain intact.
