The Provincial Council submits the improvement of the OU-0213 in Pontedeva to public consultation

The Provincial Council of Ourense has opened the public information process for the project for the comprehensive conditioning and improvement of road OU-0213, in the section between Crespos (OU-414) and Ponte Cantiño (OU-193), in the municipality of Pontedeva. The announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on September 21, 2026, in section I, with the official reference R. 2.194, and is signed by the president of the provincial institution, Luis Menor Pérez. Any interested natural or legal person has twenty business days to examine the file and submit written allegations.

What is being submitted for exhibition

The exhibited file is titled “Comprehensive conditioning and improvement on OU-0213 Crespos (OU-414) – Ponte Cantiño (OU-193)”, in Pontedeva. The decision to open the process was adopted under Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, which regulates the public information of administrative files.

• At the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Ourense.

Allegations must be submitted in writing, as stated in the official announcement itself.

The public exhibition of the OU-0213 in Pontedeva is added to other similar processes that the Provincial Council of Ourense has been publishing in recent weeks for the improvement of the provincial road network. Thus, the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense of September 8, 2026 (reference R. 2.137) included the public information of the file “Widening and improvement on OU-0306 San Cristovo (OU-504) – Leiro (OU-209). Paredes crossing”, in the municipality of Leiro, also processed by the Roads and Works Service and with the same period of twenty business days.

The announcement for the OU-0213 is dated in Ourense on September 11, 2026, and bears the signature of the president, Luis Menor Pérez.

The opening of this process allows those affected to know the scope of the project before its execution and to incorporate observations into the procedure, a customary preliminary step in the improvement actions of the provincial road network.
