The Deputación rectifies the July contracts and adds the 114 BIS

The Provincial Council of A Coruña has republished the list of contracts formalized during the month of July 2026 after detecting that the inclusion of contract number 114 BIS/2026 had been omitted. The correction is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 181, dated Tuesday, September 22, 2026, with file 2026000026171 and announcement number 2026/6117. The definitive list replaces the previous one and includes fourteen contracts, including that of Digital Council with Indra Soluciones Tecnologías de la Información S.L.U. for 5,472,878.40 euros.

The rectification is made “in accordance with the provisions of article 154 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts”, according to the text signed by the General Secretariat of the Council, through the Heritage and Contracting Service. The announcement is dated A Coruña, September 18, 2026, and is signed by president Valentín González Formoso and acting secretary Paula María Vázquez Carrasco.

The missing contract: 114 BIS/2026

The document explains that “it was detected that the inclusion of contract number 114 BIS/2026 was omitted”, which is now incorporated into the definitive list. It corresponds to file PCO.001.2025.00880 and its object is the drafting of the basic project, execution project, and co-direction of the work for the Pardo Bazán Elderly Accompaniment House, in the municipality of As Pontes.

The technological contract with Indra

The definitive list also includes contract number 109, the highest amount of the month, linked to the Digital Council program: consolidation and evolution of digital transformation in the local entities of the province of A Coruña and functional and technological evolution of platforms.

The final publication closes the July file and provides formal coverage for the award of contract 114 BIS, which remained outside the original announcement. For providers and for the municipalities of the province, the list confirms the weight of the Deputación’s technological expenditure: the Digital Council contract with Indra alone concentrates more than 5.4 million euros, well above the rest of the month’s awards.
