The Provincial Council publishes the provisional list of admitted candidates for printing officer

The Provincial Council of A Coruña published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 175, of September 14, 2026, the provisional list of persons admitted and excluded from the selection process for the coverage of two (2) positions of printing-prepress official, group B. The list was approved by Resolution number 2026/39020, of September 8, 2026, signed by the president of the institution, Valentín González Formoso.

The announcement, with reference number 2026/5908, grants a non-extendable period of ten business days for the correction of exclusions or omissions, which will be counted from the day following the publication in the gazette.

Framework of the call

The positions are called for career civil service personnel through the competition-examination system, by free quota, and are included in the Public Employment Offer of the year 2025 of the Council. The call was approved by Resolution of the Presidency of July 28, 2026, published in the Official State Gazette number 190, of August 5.

The rules governing the process were published in two issues of the provincial gazette:

• General rules: BOP number 112, of June 16, 2026.
• Specific rules: BOP number 135, of July 20, 2026.

The provisional list can also be consulted on the Convoca Public Employment Portal, in the electronic headquarters of the Council.

The provisional list of admitted candidates consists of eighteen applicants:

Excluded persons and causes

Eight applicants appear on the provisional list of excluded persons, along with their cause for exclusion:

• Laura Anllo Otero: holds a degree and not a higher technician or specialist qualification.
• Marcos José Brañas Rumbo: holds a degree and not a higher technician qualification.
• Irma Díez Cortés: holds a degree and not a higher technician or specialist qualification.
• Gemma María López Quintana: does not hold a higher technician or specialist qualification and does not prove payment of the fee.
• Fernando Mármol Fernández Ayala: does not hold a higher technician or specialist qualification.
• Paula Meizoso Lamas: does not hold one of the degrees provided for in the specific bases and does not prove payment of the fee.
• Gabriela Veira Platas: holds an intermediate level Vocational Training qualification, not a higher level.
• Cristina Villaverde Ramil: holds a degree and not a higher technician qualification.

Amendment period

Anyone who, within the indicated period, does not amend the exclusion or provisional omission by justifying their right to admission will be definitively excluded from the selection process. The resolution is signed by the deputy José Ramón Rioboo Castro and by the acting general secretary, Paula María Vázquez Carrasco, with delegated signature by Presidency Resolution number 32898, of August 29, 2023.

The publication of this provisional list is a key step for the applicants, who now have ten business days to correct the detected defects and ensure their participation in a selection process that will fill two career civil servant positions at the Provincial Council of A Coruña.
