The Provincial Council publishes the provisional list of admitted candidates for printing officer

The Provincial Council of A Coruña published in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña number 177, of September 16, 2026, the provisional list of persons admitted and excluded from the selection process for the coverage of one (1) position of printing official graphic designer, group B. The list was approved by Resolution number 2026/39049, of September 9, signed by the president of the institution, Valentín González Formoso.

The process, convened by Resolution of the Presidency on July 28, 2026 (published in the Official State Gazette number 190, of August 5), is processed through the competition-examination system in the open category. The position, included in the Public Employment Offer of the year 2025, corresponds to the special administration scale, technical subscale, class of authorized technicians, and is governed by the general and specific bases published in BOP number 112, of June 16, 2026, and number 135, of July 20, 2026.

Excluded persons and causes

A total of 12 applicants appear on the provisional list of excluded persons, mostly for failing to prove the qualification required in the specific bases:

• Rocío Álvarez Díaz and Marcos José Brañas Rumbo: degree title and not vocational training.
• Marta Álvarez Rodríguez: does not possess any of the planned titles and does not prove payment of the fee.
• Laura Anllo Otero, Irma Díez Cortés, Cristina Villaverde Ramil: degree title and not higher technician.
• Patricia Arias Martínez, Fernando Mármol Fernández Ayala, Catuxa Negreira Cousillas: do not possess a higher technician or specialist qualification.
• María Barrio Ferrer: does not possess a higher technician qualification and paid a fee for a lower group.
• Gemma María López Quintana: does not possess a higher technician or specialist qualification and does not prove payment of the fee.
• Rocío Vicente Corral: possesses a qualification from the professional family of Image and Sound.

Amendment period

The resolution grants a non-extendable period of ten business days to remedy the causes for exclusion or omission, counted from the day following the publication in the bulletin. Those who do not remedy the exclusion by justifying their right to admission will be definitively excluded from the process. The list can also be consulted on the Convoca Public Employment Portal of the Deputación’s electronic office.

The announcement appears signed by the deputy José Ramón Rioboo Castro, with delegated signature by Presidential Resolution, and by the acting general secretary, Paula María Vázquez Carrasco.

This publication constitutes an essential step for the applicants, as it determines who may continue in the selection process toward filling a career civil servant position in a key technical service of the provincial institution.
