The Deputación de Lugo publishes the provisional list for room assistant

The Provincial Council of Lugo has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded persons, the composition of the qualifying tribunal, and the dates for the constitution and execution of the first exercise of the selection process to fill three room assistant positions. The Presidency Resolution of September 21, 2026 was published in BOP Lugo no. 220, on September 25, 2026, with reference R. 2540, and schedules the first exercise for October 16, 2026.

A call from the 2023 PEP

The call covers one (1) position from the general quota and two (2) from the reserve quota for persons with disabilities, designated as room assistant, included in the Public Employment Offer (PEP) of 2023. The positions correspond to the special administration scale, special services subscale, special duties class, group C - subgroup C2, and are filled through the competitive examination system (concurso-oposición) via open access.

The general bases were approved by agreement of the Governing Board on March 12, 2021 and published in BOP no. 101, on May 6, 2021. The specific bases were approved by the Governing Board on February 20, 2026 (BOP no. 046, on February 26, 2026). The deadline for submitting applications ended on May 11, 2026.

27 admitted persons and one exclusion

The provisional list includes 27 admitted persons: 16 under the general quota and 11 under the reserve quota for persons with disabilities. Under the general quota are:

The list includes a single excluded person, Paula Correa Vázquez, for failing to provide the application in the official model, the proof of payment of the fee, or the rest of the mandatory documentation required in the bases.

Tribunal and process dates

The qualifying tribunal is constituted as follows:

• Presidency: titular Pilar Ferreiro Martínez, management technician of the HR Service and Assistance to Municipalities; substitute José Ramón Gallego Fernández, psychologist of the Selection, Promotion and Career Section.
• Titular members: Encarnación Lago González, manager of the Provincial Museum Network; Aurelia Balseiro García, director of the Provincial Museum; and María Ángeles Miguélez Martínez, guide warden of the Provincial Museum Network.
• Substitute members: Silvia Fiallega Lorenzo, Raquel Guerrero Prieto and Javier Rego Román.
• Secretariat: titular José Antonio Mourelle Cillero, general secretary of the Deputación; substitute Leticia Rodríguez Díaz, secretary-auditor of the Legal, Technical and Economic Assistance Service to Municipalities.
• Collaboration: Ana Pereira Marzán or Beatriz Valle Vara, from the Selection, Promotion and Career Section.

The tribunal will be constituted on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 10:00 hours, in the training classrooms of the Provincial Deputación of Lugo. The first exercise will be held on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 9:30 hours, in the same classrooms, located at Canella da Deputación, no. 2.

Allegations and appeals

Applicants have 10 business days from the day following the publication in the BOP to present allegations. If none are presented, the provisional list will be considered final without the need for further publication. An optional appeal for reversal may be filed against the final list before the president within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Lugo within two months.

The resolution is also published on the corporate website of the Deputación, in the public employment section, and on the entity’s notice board. Issued under article 34 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the bases of the local regime, and signed by the general secretary, José Antonio Mourelle Cillero, in Lugo on September 22, 2026.

The publication opens the effective calendar of a competitive examination that distributes three permanent positions in the Deputación, two of them reserved for people with disabilities, and sets the first test for the 27 admitted persons in less than a month. Any applicant who detects errors in the list now has a window of ten business days to allege before the list is consolidated.
