The Deputación opens the period for allegations regarding the improvement of the OU-0213 road in Pontedeva

The Provincial Council of Ourense has opened for public consultation the file for the “Comprehensive conditioning and improvement of the OU-0213 Crespos (OU-414) – Ponte Cantiño (OU-193)”, in the municipality of Pontedeva. The announcement, signed by president Luis Menor Pérez, was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on September 21, 2026, under reference R. 2.194. From the day following the publication, any natural or legal person has twenty business days to examine the project and submit written allegations.

The procedure is opened under Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The file was signed in Ourense on September 11, 2026, by the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Ourense, which now submits it for public examination before its final processing.

Consultation of the file and submission of allegations

During the public exhibition period, the file will be available at two locations:

• At the offices of the Roads and Works Service, located in the Pazo Provincial, R/ O Progreso, no. 32, in Ourense, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• On the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Ourense.

Allegations must be submitted in writing within the period of twenty business days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province. The announcement does not set an explicit closing date, therefore the final calculation depends on the official calendar of business days.

Scope of the action

The action focuses on the OU-0213, a provincially owned road that links Crespos, a connection point with the OU-414, with Ponte Cantiño, where it joins the OU-193, in the municipal district of Pontedeva. The object of the file is the comprehensive conditioning and improvement of the route in that section.

The announcement does not detail the budget, execution period, or technical characteristics of the work; this complete information is contained in the file submitted for public exhibition, which interested parties can consult in person or electronically.

Background and scope of the procedure

The Provincial Council of Ourense applies the same procedure to other road projects in the province. On September 8, 2026, an equivalent announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province for the “Widening and improvement of the OU-0306 San Cristovo (OU-504) – Leiro (OU-209). Paredes crossing”, in the municipality of Leiro, under reference R. 2.137 and also signed by Luis Menor Pérez.

In both cases, these are works on provincial roads that are submitted for public information before their execution, so that neighborhood allegations can be incorporated into the project.

The opening of this procedure gives a voice to the residents of Pontedeva and the rest of the region regarding an infrastructure that affects daily mobility and road safety in the area. Allegations submitted within the deadline may modify the project before its final approval.
