The Provincial Council opens a 20-day period for allegations regarding the San Marcos work

The Provincial Council of Lugo has opened a twenty-working-day public information period regarding the project for the remediation of dampness in different areas of the northern part of the San Marcos Provincial Palace. The announcement, signed by the general secretary José Antonio Mourelle Cillero, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lugo no. 224, dated September 30, 2026, with the official reference R. 2605.

The competent body of the Council took into consideration the project for the work identified as 2026/CON_02/000085, processed by the Contracting and Development Service through the Works and Plans Unit. The opening of the procedure responds to article 93 of the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 781/1986, of April 18, and to article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
